Shipping:

 Q: When will you ship my order?

     - Our order fulfillment time is 2-5 days (Mon-Fri)

     - The delivery time depends on where your order is being shipped to. 

Q: My order hasn't arrived yet

      - We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ship with USPS and have no control over delays after we have shipped your order. Please be patient and keep an eye on the tracking and contact USPS if you have any issues.

Q: My order says delivered, but it hasn't arrived

       - Sometimes it may say delivered and will be delivered the next day. What could also happen is that it got delivered to a neighbor or elsewhere. Please make sure to look around for your package and if it is nowhere to be found, contact USPS. It is no longer our responsibility once your package is with USPS. On our end we can't contact them for you. You would have to contact them to let them know your package is missing and/or file a claim. 

Q: I changed my mind. Can I return my order?

        - All sales are final. If your earrings arrived damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order by sending an email to bellus.jocalia@gmail.com so we can figure out a solution for you.
